The City of Waller is accepting applications to fill the City Council vacant position.  Residents can submit an application beginning April 25th - May 2nd to serve an unexpired term.  

The application must be submitted to the City Secretary's Office at Waller City Hall, 1118 Farr St., Waller, Texas, by May 2, 2017, 5:00 p.m.  City Hall is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The growing City of Waller, Texas provides the safety and friendliness of a smaller town, but is close enough to its “big city” neighbor, Houston, to offer residents the best of both worlds. Waller has a rich history and takes pride in its community and the traditional American values it reflects.

Public Notices

A burn ban is NOT in effect for Waller County. For more information, contact City Hall at 936-372-3880. Burning is allowed in the city in approved containers only when the Burn Ban has been lifted.

The first Saturday of each month heavy trash and recyclable items can be brought to the Sewer Plant located at 102 Walnut, 8:00 am to Noon; proof of residency will be needed.

First Monday of each month Curbside heavy trash pick-up is available. Please call 979-277-1160 for pick up. Four (4) items allowed (no tires or anything with Freon).
