The Melanee Smith Memorial Library is located at 2103 Main Street in downtown Waller.

Receive a warm welcome and a helping hand in finding reading materials for you and your family. The Library also has a special “Story Time” Program for children. The City’s Librarian, Sandra Chambers, is always available to answer your questions.

The Melanee Smith Memorial Library’s hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (closed from Noon to 1:00 for lunch), and Saturdays from 9:00am until Noon.
