We are proud of the new facility and invite you to come for a visit.  We will be keeping with social distancing and abiding by the COVID restrictions to keep everyone safe.  The wearing of mask is greatly appreciated.  We will only be allowing 5 people at a time into the facility, for your safety and the safety of others.  Reservations are available if you would like to visit the library at a specific time. The growing City of Waller, Texas provides the safety and friendliness of a smaller town, but is close enough to its “big city” neighbor, Houston, to offer residents the best of both worlds. Waller has a rich history and takes pride in its community and the traditional American values it reflects.

Public Information

A burn ban IS in effect for Waller County. For more information, contact City Hall at 936-372-3880. Burning is allowed in the city in approved containers only when the Burn Ban has been lifted.

The first Saturday of each month heavy trash and recyclable items can be brought to the Sewer Plant located at 102 Walnut, 8:00 am to Noon; proof of residency will be needed.

First Tuesday of each month Curbside heavy trash pick-up is available. Please call 936-372-3880 for pick up by the Monday before bulk pick up. Four (4) items allowed (no tires or anything with Freon).
